Why build a CSS framework in Bangladesh

Because tooling is infrastructure: a documented, testable, AI-ready CSS engine gives Bangladeshi teams the same footing as any Silicon Valley stack — without licensing costs or runtime taxes.

Every ecosystem that takes itself seriously owns its tooling. Nakshora exists so that the Bangla web — and any web — can stand on a CSS engine that is free (MIT), documented to the bone, and verifiable by machines.
