Rizwan Rahim Chowdhury is a software developer, SEO architect and full-stack engineer from Sylhet, Bangladesh — the author and owner of the Nakshora CSS framework and the founder of RRC Development.

His biography reads like a proof-of-concept for everything Nakshora stands for: world-class software is bottlenecked by mindset, never by metal. He architects and ships production platforms — DebateSylhetBD, the Bangladesh Software Development Community (BSDC), BSDC Cloud, Gyankosh Wiki and BanglaVerseWiki — from a self-built Linux workstation running on an Android tablet through Termux, code-server and OpenSSH.

The mission#

Democratize world-class software craftsmanship for Bengali-speaking youth. Every platform he founds is designed as a public utility — lowering the activation energy for the next thousand engineers behind him. Nakshora’s education-first documentation and the free hosting of BSDC Cloud are the same mission wearing different clothes.

Note. The same SEO doctrine that powers his wiki platforms — server-rendered semantics, exactly one h1, JSON-LD on every relevant route — is baked into this documentation platform. See the SEO doctrine.
